Refund/ Cancellation Policy

 

We do not permit refunds for the Service Package purchase once the order is confirmed. In case if you have changed your mind about the purchased item or you purchased the wrong item or an item by mistake, there is no obligation to provide a refund or issue a credit. Please make an informed decision before you purchase an item on www.tctech.in.

 

We provide refunds only in the below cases:

1)  If we fail to deliver the promised services included in the Purchased Package.

2)  In the case of multiple transactions for a single order, we will consider only one transaction and process a refund for the rest of the transactions.

 

 

To process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account, may take 5 to 7 working days.
