How we work!
STEP 1
The order will be placed on your purchase of the Plan.
STEP 2
Go to User Profile > Products Downloads section > Download File > Get ready with the required information & share it with us when we contact you at your billing email.
STEP 3
The update process will be started right after receiving the required information.
STEP 4
The Updated Reskinned Apps(s) - User and Admin will be submitted on Existing Platform(s) for the update.
STEP 5
In case of your Basic Installation Purchase, the Updated Reskinned (.APK) File(s) will be shared.
STEP 6
The Updated Reskinned Source Code(s) and other Files will be shared at the end of your Plan validity.
Please Note:
1. The Support Plan is valid only for the already built and published App by us.
2. The Plan validity will start from the date of its purchase.
3. The features and functioning of the Apps (User and Admin) will be the same as available in the latest CodeCanyon Update.
4. Any Additional work/Customization in the App may be subject to additional fees.
OTHER INFORMATION:
If you wish to get the Updated Reskinned Source Code before the time mentioned in STEP 6 of "How we work!" you can request it.
STEP 2 of "How we work!" can be skipped if your information is already shared.
